Lowesmoor Wharf: Godwin Capital Partners With Lowesmoor Regeneration for New £85 Million Waterside Community in Worcester
Godwin Capital (via Godwin Developments) has announced in partnership with Lowesmoor Regeneration that is has submitted plans for a stunning new £85 million waterside community that will transform Worcester city centre into a vibrant urban destination.
The project was designed by award-winning design studio Apt, and pays tribute to the area’s past as an industrial hub led by the canals, whilst looking forward at the needs of today’s generation.
The proposed scheme will feature seven buildings containing 271 apartments, office spaces, retail and entertainment spaces, 674 bicycle storage spaces, 10 electric vehicle charging points, car-free environments and better air quality.
